Postage
How long are your dispatch times?
Each order is made to order & individually created, assembled & packed by me in my little studio , they are dispatched within 5 working days 💌
How is my order sent?
Each order is sent 1st class with royal mail & is packaged in eco friendly packaging, wrapped in plastic sleeves which are made in the UK from Compostable PLA & sent in cardboard large envelope boxes which fit through your letter box finished with plastic free water activated tape! Digital orders will be emailed to the email address left at check out 💌
Where do you ship?
I currently ship to the UK, If you are in a different country & would like to order please get in touch 🌍
Orders
Can I change the wording?
Of course you can! If there is any small tweaks you would like to request to a illustration you would like to order please get in touch or leave a note with your order whether it’s a colour tweak, wording changes or a little illustration added to a design! All orders are designed, made & printed by me so if there’s ever any details you would like added or wording changes so it’s perfect for you just let me know!
Alternatively if their is a product that isn’t personalised that you would like wording added to I would love to help!
What are the illustrations printed on?
All of my illustrations are printed on thick luxury white smooth 300gsm card 💌
Some peices are finsihed with silk tassels, hand poured wax seals & gold foil!
I have a specific idea that isn’t in the shop
I can create custom & bespoke illustrations & would love to help bring your idea to life! Just get in touch and we can talk through your vision! I have no order minimums.

Bespoke stationery is the perfect way to elevate the theme of your event and make it extra special, from initial enquiry to final delivery I’ll work with you to understand your vision, theme & colours for your event to create a one of a kind design just for you.
Whether it be a invitation set and on the day pieces that capture your rustic garden themed wedding & tie the entire day together, thoughtful advice tags for a safari themed baby shower for a special mamma to be or bespoke colouring sheets for your little ones christening, Everything is designed and hand assembled by me in my little studio just for you
I take booking for projects from two weeks to up to a year in advance and there are no minimum orders so no matter the size of your event I would love to help add a little magic to make it perfect. Previous clients include Robbie Williams & Rochelle Humes.
Bespoke Branding
From logos, patterns, packaging to seasonal designs I would love to help you create or upgrade your brand. As a little business myself I know how important your brand identity is. Everything is designed and created by me in my little studio and I love making your ideas come to life. Get in touch via the contact form with the details of your brief or for more information!
Invoices
For bespoke orders once I have quoted your commison & we have agreed on what you would like & the details of the order, I will send you an invoice which is to be paid by the date on the invoice, commisions will only be started once the invoice has been paid in full 💌
Returns
Due to my illustrations being made to order with personalisation & custom elements I cannot accept returns. however if there a problem with your order I will be more than happy to replace or resend it, get in touch via the contact form 🥰
